Would you like some friends to walk with you and your child on the journey of faith?

At the Sunday School of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Guting, we welcome families who want to grow in the Catholic faith—whether you are already baptised or simply feel close to the values of the Church. We hope to help children and their families live out their faith with love, joy, and support from others.

Every Sunday, we have a special Family Mass made especially for children. It helps them take part in the Mass more easily and fully. Older children also help with the service, which gives them a chance to learn how to serve others and build confidence. After Mass, children go to different classes by age, where they can learn about God in a way that suits their age and needs.

Our teachers all have a strong background in the Catholic faith. Each lesson is planned using the Five-Step Holistic Catechesis method and is reviewed by our priest. Lessons include prayer, Bible stories, Church teachings, and fun activities. We want children to enjoy learning about their faith, and to feel God’s love as they grow closer to Him.

All families are welcome to join us. Whether or not you are baptised, you’ll find a kind and caring community here in our Sunday School.
